Service Description

Four opportunities to Jump in & Turn it up! October 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th from 11am - 1pm Early registration ends September 17th All registration closes October 2nd October TURNS into Fall Season and to celebrate we'll JUMP for joy and focus on the solid technique necessary to safely execute TURNS & JUMPS. TURNS & JUMPS workshop features a specific barre warm-up followed by center exercises and drills designed specifically to train the neuromuscular components, physical alignment and coordination for safe and clean execution of pirouettes, petite allegro and grande allegro.
