GET TO THE POINTE w/Susy
Stop messing around and Get to the Pointe with Susy in her popular workshop series beginning January 4th! Save money and secure a spot by registering early. Space is limited and this workshop fills quickly.
This workshop includes a through and specific barre warm-up followed by pointe exercises at the barre followed by a bit of center (pointe shoes optional). There is no pressure to take the center portion of this workshop én pointe. In fact, it is absolutely fine to participate in ballet slippers for the entirety of this workshop.
Dancers new to pointe are welcome to participate. However some previous ballet experience is required.

CONNECTIVITY OF MOVEMENT w/Nancy Paradis
CONTEMPORARY BALLET WORKSHOP
Los Angeles-based director and choreographer Nancy Paradis brings her vast experience in neoclassical ballet technique this February in the Connectivity Of Movement workshop. This workshop features a solid ballet warm-up followed by some contemporary technique across the floor and excerpts of contemporary choreography from Nancy's immense repertoire.
The passion, joy and lightheartedness Nancy generates in her teaching and choreography is so palpable that it is impossible not to have fun! Find the joy of dance and explore unique movement patterns that we don't normally get to explore in a purely classical ballet class. Explore movement in a safe place and let Nancy guide you on your journey towards versatility in dance and experience the bliss when dancing with a sense of abandon.
